Bring your baby Pilates
A gentle pilates class for parents with their baby. You work on strength and recovery while your baby is welcome to be nearby on the mat, in a carrier or simply close to you.
Yin yoga
A calm yoga class where poses are held for longer periods. The focus is on stillness, observation and deepening awareness of body and mind.
Kids inspired yoga
